Transjakarta to Provide Temporary Stops in Manggarai

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) has announced that the Manggarai Bus Stop will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 5 AM. The closure is in connection with the ongoing construction of LRT Jakarta in the area.

Transjakarta's commitment to supporting the development of integrated public transportation

Despite the closure, commuters can still access Transjakarta services via Temporary Manggarai Bus stops 1 and 2, located at the roadside. These stops serve as replacements to ensure service continuity and keep operations running smoothly.

Transjakarta's Public Relations and CSR Department Head, Ayu Wardhani stated that the agency is ensuring operational services remain normal, with adjustments made to the boarding and alighting points around the Manggarai area.

May Day: Transjakarta Service Adjustments

"This adjustment is part of Transjakarta's commitment to supporting the development of integrated public transportation. We're ensuring that customers can still access our services through the temporary stops provided," she explained, Wednesday (5/6).

She furthered that Transjakarta services remain available at the roadside temporary stops for several routes, including Corridor 4 (Pulo Gadung - Galunggung), 4D (Pulo Gadung - Kuningan), 6M (Manggarai Station - Blok M), and B25 (Bekasi - Dukuh Atas). This ensures that public mobility is maintained throughout the adjustment period.

“Transjakarta will also deploy on-site personnel to assist passengers during this transition,” she added.
